What’s the best plan for me?

That all depends on how much interaction and accountability you want/need with your coach and if you feel comfortable adjusting your plan and paces as the need arises. The Premium Coaching offers the greatest level of coaching support and customization, while the training plan offers the least.

Generally speaking, we see greater success when your coach can monitor your training more closely and fine tune each workout based on your daily feedback.

What is the signup process?

There are three things needed to get started: New Athlete Intake Questionnaire, a Final Surge account and a reoccurring payment. To get started click the “Get Started” button in the package you want and answer the three questions. Coach Cory will email you with links to the three items needed. Once the three items are taken care of, we can get you started with your first workout in less than 24 hours.

What type of runners do you work with?

We specialize and have extensive experience in help adults, ages 25 to 65 train for 5k to 50 miles and Boston Marathon Qualifying. We work with all ability levels from Olympic qualifiers to complete beginners trying to break free from run/walk. We do not work with high school or college runners.

Are you able to incorporate other fitness activities into my training?

Absolutely. We do this all the time. Activities such as Spin, CrossFit, Yoga and personal training sessions can all be part of your training still. We will work with you to make sure it doesn’t interfere with your goals.

My schedule changes weekly (due to work, travel, etc). How would you accommodate that?

For runners who’s schedule changes frequently or is erratic our Premium Coaching would accommodate as many schedule adjustments as needed. You can either email your coach with the requests or indicate which days need to be off days on your training calendar.

How many coaches do you have and how do I get assigned a coach?

We have two coaches: Coach Cory Smith and Coach Brandon Birdsong. Both with over 17+ years of running and coaching experience. You are free to pick the coach you feel most comfortable, otherwise we will pair you with the best coach for your specific goal. Both of us are happy to setup a pre-coaching call to help you get to know both us us before you pay.
