Cory Smith
Elite Runner And Coach For Over 25 Years

Cory holds USA Track & Field Level 1 and Level 2 Endurance Certifications and has coached over 100 Boston Marathon qualifiers. He has been featured in Runner’s World, Outside, Trail Runner, Men’s Journal, and Muscle & Fitness. His training methodologies evolved through mentorship with world-renowned coach and four-time Olympian Marcus O’Sullivan.
He is a former nationally ranked runner at the D1 level. His personal bests include a 4:03 mile, 8:05 3K, 14:13 5K, a 1:10:28 half marathon at age 36, and a 4:31 mile at age 43.
Brandon Birdsong
Elite Runner And Coach For Over 20 Years.
Brandon holds a BS in exercise physiology and has been mentored by some of the world’s best distance coaches, including Damon Martin, a 30-time National Coach of the Year winner. He has been featured in Runner’s World, USA Today, and the Daily Mail.
He is a 2016 Olympic Marathon Trials qualifier and holds personal bests of 29:54 for 10K and 1:04:21 for the half marathon.

He not only provided a training plan that focused on runs to improve my ability, but his tips around fueling, carb loading, recovery and strength training is what really made the difference. I was able to hit my goals with a 7 minute marathon PR and get a BQ with a healthy buffer. I'm not a fast runner, so wasn't sure I "deserved" to work with a coach. Every week Cory adjusted to how I was feeling, adjusted for my crazy work and travel schedule and helped to rein me in when I was pushing too hard. He supportively guided me to decisions on races and paces. He offered great support with access to nutrition experts and helped to get my mind and body in a better place. After all this hard work, I ran to a 63 min marathon PR!! Working with Cory has been great and I can't recommend him enough for ANY runner, at ANY pace!!
Almost a year ago, I was chronically injured with ITB pain. I wasn't sure what to do. So, I reached out to Brandon and he has been nothing but FANTASTIC! I was able to train through the injury - I got strong AND healthy. With an online running coach, you get a personalized training plan and support to help you reach your goals.

Your coach learns about your goals and experience, and then builds a custom training plan for you in a user-friendly running app. This plan is designed to fit your lifestyle and tailored to help you meet your running goals.
You follow your schedule and track runs in the app, and your coach monitors your progress and adjusts your training as necessary. You’ll also have access via phone, email or text to ask questions as they arise.
