From there, we'll schedule a short call to learn about your goals and see if we're a good fit. The call is completely free and no-pressure — just a real conversation about your running.

Your coach builds a custom training plan in the Final Surge app, monitors your runs daily, and adjusts your training as needed. You'll have direct access to your coach by text, email, or phone whenever you need it.

Our coaching is $159/month. Every plan is fully personalized — not a template. You can see full pricing details on our pricing page, or just ask during your call.

No. Coaching is month to month. Stay as long as it's working for you — cancel anytime.

We adjust. Injuries, travel, illness, life stuff — your coach modifies your plan so you stay on track without making things worse. Many of our runners came to us mid-injury, however, if time off is needed we pause your payments until you can run again.
