May Racing Report
One of Philadelphia’s biggest and best races takes place the first weekend in May. The Broad Street 10 Miler was a big race for Run Your Personal Best athletes and marked the end of a training cycle geared to peak for Broad Street. April Racing Report
April was another big month for Run Your Personal Best athletes as we had 8 personal best’s. Despite the horribly windy conditions we had four runners in the Hot Chocolate 15k and 5k and 3 walked away with personal bests. After a short recovery week from the Love Run both Adam T. March Racing Update
March was the first big racing month for Run Your Personal Best athletes and it doesn’t get much better than this...5 personal best’s set in March- Brett C, Adam T, Meghan M, Casey R and Diana H all walked away with new personal bests. Brett C. (above) after taking the fall completely off from running, started increasing his mileage slowly starting January 1st and has been quickly getting fitter and fitter. February Racing Update
Three Run Your Personal Best athletes toed the line this past month, Bradley N., Shrenik S., and Keith C. New Hope High School Junior Bradley N. raced the 3000 and mile at Lehigh University for 10:40 and close indoor mile PR of 5:09. Bradley’s outdoor mile PR is 5:00. With a couple more training and a large track Bradley is well on his way to going sub 5 min for the mile.
